I’ve been to this place quite a few times for lunch. The staff is always very friendly the sandwiches and salads are wonderful. And don’t even get me started on the dessert counter, absolutely spectacular. Today I just had a simple grilled cheese and a beet vinaigrette salad that was nothing short of phenomenal. I have also had the tuna melt and many of their other sandwiches. Very tasty . I highly recommend this place

Love this place. I come multiple times a week to write and enjoy a sandwich and coffee. Typically get the BLT but everything is great. Love the staff, always very friendly and polite. Atmosphere is great, no complaints.

I had a great breakfast here. I ate the Ham Eggs Benny and it was delicious. The coffee was also really good and their fruit was super fresh! I'll be back for sure!

Cute local eatery. My husband’s favourite sandwich is the Tuna. I ordered the build your own omelette and it was delicious. We went when the line was pretty long but it moved very fast which was nice. Food also didn’t take long to come out. Great service. Sometimes it gets crowded and hard to find seating. You have to wait until a party leaves before you can claim a spot.

Best sandwiches in the city! The homemade bread, the generous quantities and ability to build your own is consistently and fantastically tasty. Great selection of drinks and baked goods as well. Be prepared for a wait, but it’s worth it. Service is friendly but nothing amazing. Very cute and quaint when dining in. Lots of character which makes it homey and relaxing. Price is reasonable, a tad higher than I’d like. But the quality and quantity makes up for it.

Me and my partner went to the lazy loaf and kettle today we ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon bun and we split it. And the cinnamon bun was enormous and then we are taking home a rice crispy Square and a puff wheat square they also are enormous. The food is very good here when I’m in the area I always come here.!

A hidden gem! First time here, great local drip coffee, loved the dark roast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have so many baked goods, hard to choose from and an onsite bakery. The Cinnamon Bun with raisins, cream cheese frosting on the side. It was soft, chewy and delicious. I will be back for lunch, soups, salads and sandwiches.

Stopped in to try their submission for the YYC Hot Chocolate Fest and it did not disappoint!! Their Carrot Cake Hot Chocolate was my absolute favorite out of all the YYC Fest submissions I've tried! I would absolutely love to come back and try their food as well!
